Why it's good to take a tea break

Some teas taste good and most (all?) are good for you. But what kind?
Green tea can help protect against heart problems, is a great anti-inflammatory, and is also believed to help with acne.  Chamomile is considered a sedative tea--and most of us know it can help you switch off.
